Join me building my off-road pickup cabin
I would be happy to hear from you if you or your company would like to support me with this project.

The picture shows my picture at the current Status (09/2025).
The interior work can begin.
June to August was the period for the exterior construction work. The panel material had to be collected from the manufacturer (Multi4 GmbH) using a large trailer, and the cabin had to be assembled.
Then it was time to tackle the edges. Almost 80 meters of custom-cut GFK angles supplied by Fibrolux were glued into place.

Getting started!
Here you can see how it all began. The first panels were particularly exciting—am I doing everything right?!
I did the first part of the construction “upside down.” Then the cabin was turned around and completed.

A passion for building
I am a 17 year old student and currently developing a pickup cabin as my graduation project in my final year at my school (Matura Arbeit).
Sustainability in focus
Sustainable construction and operation of the pickup cabin are an integral part of my work
Self-sufficiency
Thanks to the large-scale solar system, the energy is self-sufficient. A water filter system avoids the need to buy bottled water while travelling.
Reduce your own footprint
Careful selection of building materials with a particular emphasis on high-quality insulation.
Travelling with friends
After we will have finished school in spring 2026, travelling with my friends is one of our big plans.
Mountainbikes on tour
Our mountainbikes will always be with us. This will be a crucial part of the cabin design: safe transport of multiple bikes.
Maximum stability with minimum of weight
These two extremes must be combined through good material selection.
The Truck
The trusted vehicle
Our new VW Amarok.
- Environmentally friendly Euro 6 engine
- Excellent off-road capabilities
- Large payload and cool design

It will get some upgrades
- New suspension
- Larger off-road tires
- Skid-plate and gearbox-vents
- Car-wrapping

The Cabin
Thanks to my sponsors and supporters:

AMAG is the main Importer for all Volkswagen to Switzerland and I am proud to have AMAG Uster as my first Supporter.

www.biotioo.com supports us with state of the art composting (separating) toilet.
BioTioo is a German developer and producer of composting (separating) toilets. We chose the BioTioo 2.0 because it offers by far the best package of the various solutions we tested. Size, odor-neutrality and weight are decisive criteria for our pickup-cabin. What’s more, BioTioo also looks really cool and the team behind it is super friendly.

It was a long process to find the right manufacturer of our panels for the cabin. Multi4 GmbH is a proven craftsman’s business that produces excellent products. Mr. Schröder, the owner, has proven to be an excellent and patient advisor. If you’re looking for beautiful, high-quality pickup cabins, you’ve come to the right place.

Fibrolux develops and manufactures high-quality GFK profiles and customized GFK constructions for a wide range of industries.
“Join me and support this project. Let me put your company logo on this homepage, the truck and on the cabin.”
